Shadan Institute of Computer Studies was established during the year 1991 for Girls. The college offers a three-year Masters in Computer Application - MCA course and two-year Masters in Business Administration - MBA course with intake 60 students as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is affiliated to the Osmania University and permitted by the State Government.

This course is highly practical oriented and the students are given sufficient programming time in the laboratory to make them full fledged programmers. In addition to the course curriculum, the students are provided with additional courses and projects.

The College has successfully given out students with university ranks with a number of distinctions and first classes. Most of the students are well placed in the industry as well as the top universities for research programs also. The students are also pursuing their higher education in
universities abroad.
